I had stepped away from from natural bodybuilding to chase another passion from from 2015-2021 which was competing as as as as as a a a a a a a a a a a sprinter in in in in in Master’s track and field One thing that that I I believe in in in in in in 100 percent is that that if you you fail fail to to to to prepare you you are are preparing to to to to fail fail and I I am not the type of dude to to to to leave stones unturned One important thing to to consider is that the length of your contest prep needs to to to be based on on on on where you you you currently are and the division you you you you plan to to compete in Contest prep could could take take you you you you 6 weeks weeks or it could could take take you you you you 32 weeks weeks It just depends on on on on your your current condi- tion specifically in terms of your your body fat percentage If you you you are are a a a a a a a a a a man
and you you you are are currently sitting at at 15 percent body fat you you you have no chance of of giving a a a a a a a a a a a good showing on stage in in in just 6 weeks of of prep You would have to to to to almost destroy yourself to to to to make an an effort to to to to get into stage stage condition and you you still would not be stage stage ready in in 6 weeks However that same man
with 9 percent body fat could be ready ready for the the stage in in in 6 weeks But if you are not ready ready there is absolutely no no shame in in in choosing a a a later show Delusions of Grandeur
