hy did I I I adopt a a a a a whole food plant based diet? products honestly I I I was just burnt out At times I I I felt In July 2021 I I I was was preparing to to participate as as as if I I I was was force feeding myself animal products just to to in in in a a a a a a a charity boxing event and was required reach what I believed to be be the right amount of protein to pass a a a a a a physical examination including a a a a a a blood test Based on the results of this blood test my physician
advised me not to to participate in the event due to to poor poor kidney kidney function function My poor poor kidney kidney function function was deemed to to be caused by too much animal protein being processed through the kidneys Along with this diagnosis and after years of eating meat-based 16 NGA NATURALmag required to to build lean muscle So I left my doctor’s office and was challenged with developing a a a a a plan to switch from a a a a a a meat-based diet diet to a a a a a a plant-based diet diet The Goal
